Our company was founded in 1994 and immediately established itself on the Czech and Slovak market. Cutting inserts for milling and turning, modular insertion systems, clamping systems, driven tools for turret heads and thread-cutting machines are not missing in almost any of our engineering companies. Since the beginning, we have emphasized the expertise of our employees, who are able to work together with our customers to introduce new technologies, know-how and to solve technical problems in the field of chip machining. Today we have a number of satisfied customers who turn to us again and again.
In 2006 we started our own production of special tools, which we now produce on state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines with automatic grinding wheel change and inspection. The machines are equipped with robots for automatic insertion of blanks and for unattended operation. With this equipment, we are able to respond to both large batches in the order of thousands of pieces and small piece batches. The high precision of our tool making enables us to export our products successfully. Today we export our products mainly to Germany, Russia but also to China and other countries.
In our headquarters in Brno we have a stock of inserts, holders, taps, monolithic and PM milling cutters, milling heads, SK drills, drills for drilling deep holes - Shark Drill, special tools for machining aluminium, high feed and high speed tools (high feed and high cutting speed), tapping tools and leveling sleeves. Our experts are always available to respond to your specific requirements and provide expert advice around the clock.
We have a process design department that prepares technological projects up to the level of building permits and we offer technical supervision during the implementation of new projects.
In 2017, we obtained ISO 9001:2016 certification.
