Container desalinization unit
Modular desalination system for producing drinking water from salt water based on the vacuum destillation technology. Thanks to the modular system design whole technology for water treatment could be transport in one container. As a mobile, autonomous source of water this technology is used after natural disasters, during water supply failures, for military operations operations and so on.
Our modular system for high quality water production is based on the vacuum distillation technology. Individual units can be set up and arranged as needed. This flexibility is especially convenient for use in remote locations without access to infrastucture like desert areas or ships.
Technological or building preparation is not needed, our unit can be delivered in a standard container containing all necessary accessories.
Our technology is capable of using energy for the desalination process from both conventional sources (thermal, nuclear, hydropower plants) and alternative sources (solar, wind power plants, etc.). However, the greatest advantage is the ability to use waste heat, which makes it possible to produce high-quality drinking water at almost zero operating costs.
Thank to the use of modular solution the capacity could ranging from 1 to 200 m3 of fresh water per day.
Thanks to the use of technology without complex filtering devices our unit is nearly maintenance-free: with planned shutdowns for simple cleaning being the only exception. The device‘s operating time is 350 days/year.
